Yes its Kitty ^^ this is not an irken OC or anything, this is more of a cosplay type thing. kitty is dressed up as Zim here xD

IDK if you can tell but kitty's fur is tinged green. I didnt think just green would look good on kitty. And the neck isnt thin like in the cartoons because that doesnt suit kitty well either. And the glowy thing? i really dont know but this peice needed a glowy element. and sorry no GIR here :c

ffffffffffffffffff i love how this came out!!! |D especially the buildings (lopsided ftw). should i keep the fat cell shading on kitty or make the shading like the buildings???
